For this project, I was not responsible for the design of the site. I was given a design and asked to create a web site from Photoshop files. Simplicity and clarity were the driving forces for the design, but without cross-browser compatibility, the design aesthetic would be completely lost on many people. This web site is usable and the design is not compromised in Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 6 and 7. These are anticipated to be the most commonly used browsers by the target audience for this web site. Only minor differences, that do not detract from the design are visible in the browsers.

These scripts allow for fluid changes to be made to the content on a web site, giving users a desktop-like experience on a web sites. The dynamically expanding and contracting lists on this page were specifically built to allow users to quickly browse the broad categories of services, and then easily see the specific services that emanualson-podas, inc. can provide for their clients. Rather than provide a huge list of services, or a series of pages that must be navigated to find out what services are available, the list expands and contracts on clicks to show all the services.
